What we collect when you visit or buy from summerbrazilbikini.com, why we collect it, who else sees it, and how to make us delete it.

Who we are

This site is operated by Brazil Bikini. For anything in this policy, write to summerbrazilbikini@gmail.com or call +1 813 468 7208. We answer privacy requests ourselves — there is no ticket queue.

What we collect

When you buy

• Name, email address, phone number.
• Shipping and billing address.
• What you ordered, the amount, and the order status.

When you pay

Payment details are entered into the payment provider shown at checkout and handled by that provider. We never see or store your full card number. What reaches us is confirmation that the payment succeeded.

When you just browse

• IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you opened.
• Whether you arrived from a search engine, a link or an ad.
• What is in your shopping bag, so it is still there when you come back.

When you write to us

Whatever you put in the contact or wholesale form — your name, email, and the message itself. Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by an email forwarding service; they are not stored on this website.

Why we collect it

• To fulfil your order. We cannot ship a swimsuit without an address.
• To talk to you about that order — confirmation, tracking, delivery problems.
• To answer your questions, when you write to us first.
• To keep the store working — fraud prevention, and understanding which pages people actually use.
• To meet legal and tax obligations, which require us to keep sales records.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own advertising.

Who else sees it

Only the companies that make an order happen, and only what they need:

• Our store platform provider, which hosts this site and processes orders.
• The payment provider shown at checkout.
• The carrier that delivers your parcel — name, address, phone.
• Email delivery services that send order notifications and forward form messages.
• Authorities, if the law requires it.

Some of these companies operate outside the United States. Where they process data belonging to people in the EU or the UK, they do so under the safeguards described in the “EU and UK rights” section below.

Cookies

Cookies are small files your browser stores. This site uses them for three things:

• Necessary — keeping you signed in and remembering your bag. The store does not work without these.
• Preferences — language and currency choices.
• Analytics — counting visits and seeing which pages get used.

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking the necessary ones will break checkout.

How long we keep it

• Order records — as long as tax and accounting law requires.
• Account details — until you ask us to delete the account.
• Messages you send us — up to two years, then deleted.
• Analytics — aggregated, and no longer tied to you.

If you are in California (CCPA / CPRA)

You have the right to:

• Know what personal information we have collected about you, and where it came from.
• Delete it, except what we must keep for tax and legal reasons.
• Correct anything inaccurate.
• Opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of — but the right stands.
• Not be discriminated against for exercising any of the above. Prices and service stay the same.

If you are in the EU or the UK (GDPR)

Our legal bases are: performance of a contract for order data, legitimate interest for fraud prevention and basic analytics, consent for marketing email, and legal obligation for tax records.

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. Requests go to the same address above and are answered within 30 days. You may also complain to your national data protection authority.

Children

This store is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us personal information, write to us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your data we update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes are announced on the store.
